Deposits
We require a deposit of £300 per person to cover breakages or damage and are refundable at the end of the tenancy. Deposits cannot be used as payment for unpaid rent.

Rents
Room rents are paid by standing order on a monthly calendar basis and students will be responsible for gas, electric and telephone costs.

Type of Contract
The tenancy is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy and runs from the beginning of September until the end of June.

General Information
Bath Student Accommodation ensures that they comply with the requirements of the Bath and North East Somerset Council “Good Landlord Guide”.

Bath Student Accommodation comply with the Consumer Protection Act 1987, the General Products Safety Regulations 1994, Gas Safety Regulations 1994, and Furniture and Furnishings Fire Safety Regulations 1993.

Rooms are let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy under Part 1 of the Housing Act 1998 (as amended by Part 3 of the Housing Act 1996). Details are fully explained in the agreement.
